Privacy policy

This policy explains how Hari Krishnan, sole proprietor, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, India ("we"), handles personal data on EU Rules Finder. We act as data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the EU, as controller under the GDPR.

What we collect

Nothing you choose in the checks leaves your browser. The answers are kept only in the page address, so that you can bookmark or share a result; we never receive them. There are no accounts, no forms and no cookies.

When a check shows a result, or you copy, print or share it, the site counts that event: its name (for example "GPSR result: applies"), the page, its language, and your country as Cloudflare reports it. No cookie, identifier, IP address or answer is stored with the count. We use the totals to decide which checks to improve. Cloudflare keeps them for 90 days.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website. Like any web host it processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy.

Fonts are served from this site; the pages load nothing from other websites.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. As we hold no data that identifies you, there is normally nothing to return. Email contact@fivenine.cloud. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
